I had a fantastic experience at this hotel primarily due to its great location and the incredible coffee served at their café. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making my stay quite enjoyable. However, the dining options during breakfast were somewhat limited, and I did experience an unfortunate incident with my son's injury from the pool area, which could have been prevented. Overall, it's a great choice for those looking for value for money and easy access to local attractions.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious, clean, and had great soundproofing with comfortable bedding.
Service
6.0
The staff was a mix of friendly and indifferent, with some needing more training in customer service.
Location
10.0
Situated right on Lacson street, it's conveniently close to many eateries and shops, making it easy to explore.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast included in the stay had limited options, and we had to pay extra for some items.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel's facilities were decent, but the pool area had some safety issues that need addressing.

Our stay was quite disappointing overall. While the room was spacious with decent amenities, the service left much to be desired, particularly when it came to handling our booking issues. We also faced a troubling incident with unsafe poolside tiles, and the breakfast was underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious enough for two adults and one child, featuring a comfortable bed and good soundproofing. However, the overall experience felt below expectations.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent, with some staff being quite cold and unhelpful. We faced significant difficulty getting any assistance regarding our booking changes.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently situated on Lacson Street with many eateries and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was limited and not very satisfying, requiring additional charges for items like milk, which was surprising.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area had safety issues, particularly with uneven or chipped tiles, which led to a deep injury for my child. This overshadowed any positives about the facilities.

My stay was quite a mixed bag. The hotel had nice staff and the location was convenient, but the rooms were disappointing, especially considering the price. The amenities weren't adequately represented, and the extra charges for the pool left a sour taste.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite cramped and didn't match the executive suite description. It lacks sufficient furniture and the bathroom was unexpectedly small for its class.
Service
7.0
The staff were accommodating, helping us with parking when we needed it, but it felt like they were working with limited resources.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
I didn't have a great experience with the breakfast; the quality wasn’t up to par with what I expected.
Facilities
5.0
The pool access came with an additional fee, which I found frustrating since it's advertised as a part of the stay.

5.0/10

My stay at Avenue Suites Hotel was quite disappointing. While it has a great location near various restaurants and shops, the room was cramped with a noisy air conditioner, and I faced multiple issues with their service and breakfast quality. It could be a decent option if you’re not too particular, but I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was incredibly small, described as a big broom closet, and lacked even decent amenities. The bed was smaller than expected, and there were no windows.
Service
5.0
The service was frustrating, especially with staff not accommodating requests for extras like pillows and being indifferent to complaints.
Location
8.0
The hotel is located in a busy area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, which is a definite plus.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was quite poor, with cold food and limited options available. Thankfully, I managed to have it included after a hassle, but it didn’t improve the experience.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities such as the pool come with an extra charge, which is misleading given the hotel's description. The lack of proper maintenance also impacted the overall feel.
